WHAT is included with my stay?

Every room comes with the option of flannel sheet by LL Bean, or Parachute Home linen sheets depending of your preference, two pillows per person, down comforter and extra blankets (non down options available for those that might be allergic), a closet for your gear, many plugs for all your electrical equipment (USB ports), a set of towels, bathrobe to relax in or take to the hot tub, a set of Oofos slides to wear around for recovery, shampoo/conditioner & body wash by Aveda, lots of lotion for that dry air, hair dryers, replacement tooth brushes and other basics available if you forget anything.

Guests will have access to the entire first floor which includes the kitchen, pantry, dinning table, couches to relax, many books to read, music, two large decks, and a hot tub, and a large garage to store bikes and other gear. There is a BBQ grill for dinners, and an outdoor fire pits for campfires and evening relaxing. There are plenty of board games, hammocks for relaxing, there is also Arkansas River access for fishing (permit needed) and soaking.

Breakfast Included: Each morning guest will be provided breakfast - options will be eggs (scrambled or fried depending on request), toast from a local bakery, oatmeal (steel cut oats), yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, coffee, juice, tea, waffles or pancake. Special requests can be done. (if you are getting up early to summit a 14er. Breakfast will be offered from 6-9am.

  • Guest will have access to store their food and use the kitchen the rest of the day for their lunch and dinners.

  • There is plenty of room to store your food and refrigerated foods.

Finally, we can provide maps, Strava route, suggestions of runs, bikes, guides in the area, help you book things you want to do and even provide guide services, or drop offs with point to point activities.

Additional Meals: For an extra charge we can prepare your workout snacks, or lunches so all you have to do it get yourself ready for early morning (or not so early) departures and pick it up and go…..


Solo campers are welcome and make up the majority of our clients at Camp Elevation.  We will place you with a same-sex roommate where each of you will have your own bed and space. Or you can rent an entire room so you don’t have to share if prepared. Each room has it own lock.

What is not included in the cost?

You are responsible for lunch, dinner and snacks unless you arrange this will us. Arrangements for other meals or snacks can be done the day before or weeks before you arrive.

What should I pack?

This will also vary by time of year, but packing for multiple weather situations is encouraged. A detailed packing list can be provided before your trip.

What if I need to cancel:

  • Within 30 days of signup: Full Refund (if you pay by credit card we retain a 2.9% processing fee each way)

  • 121+ days from the trip start date (but after the 30 day grace period): Deposits are non-refundable

  • 61-120 days from the trip start date: 50% of total payment refunded**

  • 60 days or less from the trip start date: No refunds

**This only applies to participants who have paid their balances on time. If you do not pay the balance by the due date and cancel after the fact, we will retain your full deposit
